Full Disk Encryption Software
If you store sensitive information on your computer, you must always encrypt it to ensure its confidentiality. Full disk encryption secures an entire disk or drive but doesn’t encrypt individual files within the disk. Full disk encryption makes it significantly more difficult to access the data that’s encrypted on the device. If a device is stolen or misplaced, the data can’t be decrypted even if the hard drive is removed and put into another machine.
